Delete your Tolkr data

Tolkr has no account, and we keep no copy of your conversations. Everything Tolkr stores is on your iPhone, so you can delete it yourself, and there is no request to send us.
Delete a conversation
- Tap the knot in the middle of the screen, open History and tap Delete.
- To stop saving conversations, open Settings and turn off "Keep conversations". What was saved is removed. Saving is off unless you turned it on.
Delete everything
- Delete the Tolkr app. iOS removes everything Tolkr stored: saved history, settings and the downloaded Doğru mod models.
- iOS may keep Tolkr's random encryption key in the keychain after the app is gone. It contains no conversation, and with the app's files deleted there is nothing left for it to open.
- Apple's language files belong to iOS, not to Tolkr, and other apps can use them. You can remove them in your iPhone's Settings.
What others keep
- If you bought Tolkr Pro, Apple keeps the purchase record, and RevenueCat, which manages our in-app purchases, keeps it under an anonymous ID that has no name or e-mail address. Deleting Tolkr does not cancel a subscription; cancel it in Settings › your name › Subscriptions.
- If you want RevenueCat's purchase record deleted, write to [email protected] with what you know about the purchase, such as the order ID in Apple's receipt e-mail. The record carries no name, so we can act only on a record we can match.
- Hugging Face, Apple and the European Central Bank see an ordinary web request when Tolkr downloads from them, under their own policies. Tolkr sends them nothing about you.
