1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and neron (Batuhan Ayhan) ("Developer", "we", "us") governing your use of HabitShift - Smart Tracker ("the App"). By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use HabitShift. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent's or legal guardian's permission to use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet these age requirements.
3. Description of Service
HabitShift is a habit tracking application that helps users build and maintain positive habits. The App offers features including:
- Habit creation, tracking, and streak management
- AI-powered coaching and motivational guidance
- Step counting via device pedometer
- Progress statistics and insights
4. Subscriptions and Payments
4.1 Subscription Plans
HabitShift offers the following premium subscription plans:

4.2 Auto-Renewal
Monthly and Annual subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account (iOS) or Google Play account (Android) will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
4.3 Managing Subscriptions
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings (iOS) or the Google Play subscriptions page (Android). Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for the unused portion of a subscription period; refund requests for purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies.
4.4 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Any price changes will take effect at the start of the next billing period following the date of the change. Your continued use of the App after a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new price.
5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
- AI-generated responses are created by artificial intelligence and may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your specific situation.
- Do not rely on AI coaching as a substitute for professional medical, mental health, or other expert advice.
- If you have health concerns, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.
- The Developer is not responsible for any actions taken based on AI-generated content.
6. User Conduct
You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality or servers
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
- Use the App to generate harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content through the AI feature
7. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, features, content, and branding, is owned by neron (Batuhan Ayhan) and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that:
- The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
- The results obtained from using the App will be accurate or reliable
- Any defects in the App will be corrected
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neron (Batuhan Ayhan) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
10. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your information.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
