What it does

AI coaching

Personal weekly insights that look at your habit patterns and help you stay on track.

See your progress

Progress rings, weekly views and a GitHub-style activity calendar show how you are doing over time.

Flexible schedules

Set a habit for every day, for certain days of the week, or for a number of times per week.

Guided programs

Structured programs such as Quit Smoking, Digital Detox and Morning Routine walk you through a change step by step.

Streaks, with some grace

Celebrate milestones and keep your streaks going. A streak freeze lets you pause a habit without losing your progress.

Built-in step counter

Steps are counted automatically with your phone's motion sensors, and that data stays on your device.

Questions people ask

Where is my habit data stored?

On your device. We do not store your habit data on our servers.

What is sent when I use AI coaching?

To create an insight, your habit data is sent to our servers and processed by OpenAI. It is not stored beyond that request.

Do I need an account?

No email or password is needed. The app uses an anonymous sign-in for AI features and rate limiting.

Is it free?

HabitShift is free to download. Free users get one AI insight per week. Pro is optional and adds more AI coaching, all programs, streak freeze and advanced analytics.

How do I delete my data?

Your habits live on your device, so uninstalling the app deletes them. If you switch phones, keep device backups on to bring your data with you.

Your pathway

The cells you wired together, in the order you wired them. Make it a slide and you get one code per app, ready to scan or send.

Nothing wired yet. Open a cell and choose “Wire it into my pathway”.
