Delete it yourself, on your device

Delete a character in the app to remove it, with its photo, from the app's data. Removing the app removes everything it stored on your device. A cached copy of a photo you picked may stay until you clear the app's storage or remove the app.

What we hold on our servers

• Video reports you sent with "Report this video": the video id, your reason, your text, the platform, the app version and the time. They carry no user id and no IP address, and we keep them for about 180 days. If you want one removed, give us the link of the video it was about.
• Nothing else is linked to you on our servers. We do not hold your photo.

What we cannot delete

• Photos and files held by fal.ai, our AI provider. They expire on fal.ai's schedule, and fal.ai's policy says deletion requests to fal.ai go to [email protected].
• Purchase records, which are held by Apple or Google and by RevenueCat under an anonymous ID. Deleting data does not cancel a subscription; manage it in your App Store or Google Play settings.
• Analytics and crash data kept by Google Firebase under a random identifier on your device, which we cannot link to you.
