Neron App Studio
Data deletion request

Delete your Cortis data

Cortis is published by Batuhan Ayhan (App Store) / neron (Google Play). Cortis has no account to sign in to. The data we hold that is linked to a user is referral data tied to a referral code. This page lets you ask us to delete it, and says what it does not cover.

What we delete

  • The record of your referral code (the code, the platform, the app version, when it was created and its invite counters).
  • Referral attributions where you are the inviter or the invited user (the code, the app-side ids of both people, how it was matched, platform, version, time and a salted hash of the IP address).
  • Link-click records for your code (user agent, a salted hash of the IP address, platform and time). These carry no user id and are matched by your code.
  • We never store a raw IP address for these records, only a salted hash.

What this form does not delete

  • Purchase records. They are held by Apple or Google and by RevenueCat, our purchase-management provider, under an anonymous ID. This form does not delete them today, and deleting referral data does not cancel a subscription. Manage your subscription in your App Store or Google Play settings.
  • Analytics data. Cortis uses Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics, which are keyed to a random app-instance ID generated on your device. We do not know or show that ID, so analytics data cannot be deleted on request. Cortis asks you after the introduction whether analytics and crash reports may be sent (accept all, crash reports only, or decline). Until you answer, the app collects anonymous usage and crash data by default. A Settings switch to change that choice later is planned. If you use the Remote Server feature, usage events include the address of your own server (an IP address or host name you entered); they do not include chat text. If you use referrals, your referral code is included in usage events.
  • Any promotional access granted through RevenueCat is not part of this request.

Send a request

Find your referral code in Cortis: Settings > Invite a Friend, under "Your Invite Code". It is 4 characters (letters A-Z and digits 2-9). If you never opened that screen, there may be no code yet, and without a code we may not be able to match your request to any records.

4 characters, letters and digits.

Your pathway

The cells you wired together, in the order you wired them. Make it a slide and you get one code per app, ready to scan or send.

Nothing wired yet. Open a cell and choose “Wire it into my pathway”.
