Delete your WeddingAI data
WeddingAI (Wedding Photo AI) is made by NERON. You sign in with e-mail, Google or Apple, so the account is the main thing we hold about you. You can delete it yourself in the app, or ask us to do it here.
Delete it yourself in the app
Open WeddingAI, go to Settings and tap "Delete Account". The app clears the data it keeps on your device (your generations, invitations, try-on history and custom venues) and deletes your account. If you signed in a while ago, the app may ask you to sign in again first; do that and repeat the step.
What we delete
- Your WeddingAI account in Firebase Authentication: e-mail address, display name, profile photo (if your Google or Apple account provided one) and sign-in provider.
What we cannot delete
- Anything stored on your device (generated photos and videos, invitations, history). Deleting the app removes it; photos you saved to your photo library stay there until you delete them.
- Purchase records, which are held by Apple or Google and by RevenueCat. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription; manage that in your App Store or Google Play settings.
- Photos you sent for generation are processed by our AI providers, fal.ai and Replicate, under their own retention rules. We do not control them.
- Analytics data kept by Google Firebase under a random app-instance ID that we cannot link to you, so it cannot be deleted on request.
Send a request
If you cannot use the in-app button (for example you no longer have the app), enter the e-mail of the account you signed in with. For "Hide my e-mail" in Sign in with Apple, enter the private relay address. We cannot look you up by name or device.
