How do I create a new habit?

Tap the "+" button on the home screen, enter your habit name, choose a schedule (daily, specific days, or X times per week), and optionally set a reminder time.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your device's app store. On iOS, go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. On Android, open Google Play > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.

The app is crashing or not working properly

Try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, make sure you have the latest version installed from the App Store or Google Play. If problems continue, contact us with your device model and OS version.

How does AI coaching work?

AI coaching analyzes your habit completion patterns and provides personalized weekly insights and tips. Free users get 1 insight per week, Pro users get unlimited insights.

Can I restore my purchases on a new device?

Yes! Go to the paywall screen and tap "Restore Purchases". Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account used for the original purchase.

Is my data backed up?

Your habit data is stored locally on your device. We recommend keeping automatic device backups enabled (iCloud or Google) to preserve your data when switching devices.
