Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using SubTracker ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

SubTracker is a subscription tracking application that helps you manage recurring payments, set budget limits, receive renewal reminders, and analyze your subscription spending. The App optionally offers cloud sync to keep your data in sync across devices.

3. Subscriptions and Purchases

3.1 Free Tier

The free version includes basic subscription tracking, renewal reminders, and limited analytics.

3.2 Pro Subscription

3.3 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your device's app store settings.

3.4 Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google per their respective refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.

4. Cloud Sync Service

Cloud sync is an optional feature that allows you to synchronize your subscription data across multiple devices. By enabling cloud sync:

• You agree to create an account using your email or social login.
• Your subscription data will be encrypted and stored on our servers.
• You can disable cloud sync at any time and continue using the app locally.
• We reserve the right to limit cloud storage for free-tier users.

5. Accuracy Disclaimer

SubTracker helps you track subscriptions manually. The App does not connect to your bank account or payment providers. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your subscription entries. NERON is not liable for missed renewals or incorrect amounts due to user input errors.

6. User Responsibilities

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and account credentials.
• You agree not to misuse cloud sync or attempt to exceed storage limits.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, and content, is owned by NERON. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NERON shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App, including but not limited to financial losses arising from missed subscription renewals.

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
