How do I add a subscription?
Tap the "+" button on the home screen. You can choose from 57+ pre-built templates (Netflix, Spotify, iCloud, etc.) or create a custom subscription with your own name, amount, and billing cycle.
How do I manage or cancel my SubTracker Pro subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your device's app store. On iOS, go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. On Android, open Google Play > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
How does cloud sync work?
Cloud sync lets you access your subscription data across multiple devices. Enable it in Settings > Cloud Sync. Sign in with your email or social account, and your data will be encrypted and synced automatically.
The app is crashing or not working properly
Try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, make sure you have the latest version installed from the App Store or Google Play. If problems continue, contact us with your device model and OS version.
Can I export my subscription data?
Yes! Pro users can export their subscription list to CSV. Go to Settings > Export Data to download a CSV file with all your subscription details.
How do renewal reminders work?
SubTracker sends you a notification before each subscription renewal. You can customize how many days in advance you want to be reminded in Settings > Notifications.
