1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using AI Habit Coach ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

AI Habit Coach is a habit tracking application with AI-powered coaching features, progress visualization, guided journey programs, and step counting capabilities.

3. Subscriptions and Purchases

3.1 Free Tier

The free version includes basic habit tracking, streak counting, and limited AI insights (1 per week).

3.2 Pro Subscription

3.3 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your device's app store settings.

3.4 Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google per their respective refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.

4. AI Coaching Disclaimer

AI-generated coaching insights are for informational and motivational purposes only. They do not constitute medical, psychological, or professional advice. Always consult qualified professionals for health-related decisions.

5. User Responsibilities

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device.
• You agree not to misuse the AI features or attempt to circumvent rate limits.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, and content, is owned by NERON. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NERON shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
