1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using WeddingAI ("the App"), developed and published by NERON ("we," "us," "our"), you ("User," "you," "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and NERON. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease all use of the App and delete it from your device.

2. Description of Service

WeddingAI is an AI-powered wedding photo generation application that allows users to create wedding photos at dream venues, try on wedding dresses and suits virtually, design wedding invitations, and generate complete wedding photo packages. The App uses artificial intelligence to generate images based on user-provided photos and selected styles, venues, and outfits.

Important: WeddingAI generates AI-created images. The generated photos are not real photographs and should not be represented as such. Results may vary in quality and likeness.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

4. Account Registration

To use WeddingAI, you must create an account using one of the following methods: email and password, Google Sign-In, or Apple Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Purchases and Payment

5.1 Free Tier

The free version of WeddingAI provides 1 free photo generation. After your free generation is used, a subscription is required to continue generating photos.

5.3 Plan Features

• Pro ($9.99/month): Unlimited HD photo generations, all 16 photo styles, all 10+ venues, custom venue uploads, virtual try-on access, no watermarks.
• Premium ($59.99/year): Everything in Pro, plus video clip generation, complete wedding packages (8 photos per package), invitation designer, and priority processing.

5.4 Free Trial

New subscribers may be eligible for a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged the applicable subscription fee.

5.5 Billing and Processing

• All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not collect or store any payment information.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Prices may vary by region and are subject to applicable taxes determined by Apple/Google and your local jurisdiction.

5.6 Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer direct refunds. Refund requests must be directed to Apple or Google through their standard refund processes at reportaproblem.apple.com or Google Play subscriptions. Apple and Google have sole discretion over whether to grant refunds per their respective policies.

6. AI-Generated Content — Disclaimers

THIS IS A CRITICAL SECTION. PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY.

WeddingAI uses artificial intelligence to generate wedding photos and related content. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Generated photos are AI-created images, not real photographs. They should not be represented as actual photographs taken at real events.
• AI-generated photos may not perfectly resemble you or your partner. Results vary based on input photo quality, lighting, angles, and AI model limitations. We do not guarantee exact likeness.
• Quality of generated images may vary. AI generation is not perfect. Some outputs may contain visual artifacts, distortions, or inconsistencies.
• Generated content is for personal use and entertainment purposes. Do not use generated photos for deceptive, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
• You assume full responsibility for how you use AI-generated photos. NERON shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from your use of generated content.

7. User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use

By using WeddingAI, you agree that:

• You will only upload photos of yourself or individuals who have given you explicit consent to use their likeness.
• You will not use the App to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or that violates the rights of others.
• You will not upload photos of minors, celebrities, or public figures without proper authorization.
• You will not use generated photos to deceive, defraud, or mislead others.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the App.
• You will not use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the App or interfere with any other party's use.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 App Ownership

The App, including its design, source code, user interface, graphics, and documentation, is owned by NERON and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

8.2 AI-Generated Photos

You are granted a personal use license for AI-generated photos created through the App. You may use generated photos for personal, non-commercial purposes such as social media sharing, personal keepsakes, and wedding planning. Commercial use of generated photos requires separate written permission from NERON.

8.3 Your Content

You retain ownership of the photos you upload to the App. By uploading photos, you grant NERON a limited, temporary license to process those photos solely for the purpose of AI generation. This license terminates once processing is complete and your photos are discarded.

9. Photo Upload Policy

Photos you upload are used exclusively for AI wedding photo generation. Your photos are:

• Sent securely to our AI processing providers (fal.ai and Replicate) for generation.
• Not stored permanently on any server. Photos are processed and discarded.
• Not used for AI model training or any other purpose.
• Not shared with any third parties beyond our AI processors.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

• THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR QUALITY OF AI-GENERATED CONTENT.
• NERON SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: DAMAGES ARISING FROM AI-GENERATED CONTENT; QUALITY OF GENERATED PHOTOS; LIKENESS ACCURACY; OR ANY ACTIONS TAKEN BASED ON GENERATED CONTENT.
• IN NO EVENT SHALL NERON'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU ACTUALLY PAID FOR THE APP IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Subscription Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store subscription settings.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until then.
• We reserve the right to discontinue or modify the App, its features, or subscription plans at any time without prior notice or liability.
• Sections 6, 8, 10, and 12 shall survive termination of these Terms.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NERON, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the App; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) photos you upload or generate using the App; (d) your use of AI-generated content; or (e) your violation of any third-party rights.

13. Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and NERON regarding the use of WeddingAI and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or our website. Your continued use of the App after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the App.
