How does AI photo generation work?
Upload 1-3 clear face photos of yourself (or your partner). Select a venue, style, and outfit. Our AI generates a wedding scene at your chosen venue, then uses face swap technology to place your real face onto the generated scene. The entire process takes about 30-60 seconds.
How many free photos do I get?
New users get 1 free photo generation to try the app. After that, you'll need a Pro ($9.99/month) or Premium ($59.99/year) subscription to continue generating photos.
What's the difference between Pro and Premium?
Pro ($9.99/month) gives you unlimited HD photo generations, all 16 styles, all venues, custom venue uploads, and virtual try-on. Premium ($59.99/year) includes everything in Pro plus video clip generation, complete wedding packages (8 photos per shoot), the invitation designer, and priority processing. Premium also saves you $59.89 compared to paying monthly.
Are my photos stored on your servers?
No. Your uploaded photos are sent temporarily to our AI processors (fal.ai and Replicate) for generation only. Once your wedding photo is generated and delivered to your device, the uploaded photos are discarded. We do not permanently store your photos on any server.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings. On iOS: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > WeddingAI > Cancel. On Android: Google Play Store > Profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > WeddingAI > Cancel. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.
Why don't the generated photos look exactly like me?
AI-generated photos use advanced face swap technology, but results can vary based on the quality of your uploaded photos, lighting, angles, and AI model limitations. For best results, upload clear, well-lit face photos taken straight-on. Avoid sunglasses, heavy filters, or photos where your face is partially obscured.
How do I restore my purchase on a new device?
Open WeddingAI and go to Settings > Subscription > Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account used for the original purchase. Your subscription will be restored automatically.
Can I use the generated photos commercially?
Generated photos come with a personal use license. You can use them for personal purposes like social media, wedding planning, and personal keepsakes. Commercial use (advertising, selling prints, etc.) requires separate written permission from NERON. See our Terms of Service for full details.
