1. Introduction

NERON ("we", "our", or "us") operates the WeddingAI mobile application ("the App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use WeddingAI to generate AI-powered wedding photos.

We take your privacy seriously. Photos you upload are processed temporarily for AI generation and are not stored on our servers permanently.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Account Information

When you create an account, we collect the following through Firebase Authentication:

• Email address: Used for account creation and communication.
• Display name: Your name as provided during sign-up or from your Google/Apple account.
• Authentication provider: Whether you signed in via email, Google, or Apple Sign-In.

2.2 Photos

When you use the AI photo generation features, you may upload face photos. These photos are:

• Uploaded temporarily to our AI processing providers (fal.ai and Replicate) for the sole purpose of generating your wedding photos.
• NOT stored on our servers permanently. Photos are processed and discarded.
• Not used for AI model training or any purpose other than generating your requested photos.

2.3 Usage Data

• Generation counts: We track the number of photo generations to manage free tier limits and subscription entitlements.
• Subscription status: Your current plan (Free, Pro, or Premium) is tracked through RevenueCat.

2.4 Data Stored Locally on Your Device

The following data is stored locally on your device using AsyncStorage and is never transmitted to our servers:

• Generation history and saved photos
• Custom venue preferences
• App settings and preferences
• Favorite styles and templates

3. Third-Party Services

WeddingAI uses the following third-party services to operate:

• Firebase Authentication: Manages user accounts and sign-in (email, Google, Apple). See Firebase Privacy Policy.
• fal.ai: Processes photos for AI wedding scene generation. Photos are sent for processing and discarded after generation. See fal.ai Privacy Policy.
• Replicate: Powers face swap technology to place your face on AI-generated scenes. Photos are processed and not retained. See Replicate Privacy Policy.
• RevenueCat: Manages subscription entitlements and purchase verification. See RevenueCat Privacy Policy.
• Apple App Store / Google Play: Handles payment processing for subscriptions. We do not receive or store your payment details.

4. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account
• To generate AI wedding photos based on your uploaded face photos
• To manage your subscription and entitlements
• To provide customer support
• To improve the App and fix bugs

5. Photo Processing and Retention

Photos uploaded to fal.ai and Replicate are processed for AI generation and discarded — we do not retain your photos on any server. Generated wedding photos are delivered to your device and stored locally. You have full control over saving or deleting generated photos on your device.

6. Data Storage and Security

Account data is stored securely in Firebase. Local data (generation history, preferences) is stored on your device using AsyncStorage and is protected by your device's built-in security.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

7. Your Rights (GDPR/CCPA)

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate personal data.
• Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data and account.
• Portability: Request your data in a portable format.
• Opt-out: Opt out of data processing for marketing purposes.

8. Data Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time:

• In the App: Go to Settings and tap "Delete Account" to permanently remove your account and all server-side data.
• By email: Send a deletion request to [email protected] and we will process it within 30 days.
• Uninstalling the App will remove all locally stored data from your device.

9. Children's Privacy

WeddingAI is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, through in-app notifications.
