1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Video-Publisher ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Video-Publisher is an AI-powered platform that automates short-form video creation and publishing. The Service generates scripts, synthesizes voiceovers, assembles videos, and publishes them to connected social media platforms including TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels.

3. Account and Platform Connections

3.1 Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.2 Third-Party Platform Connections

The Service connects to third-party platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram) via OAuth. By connecting your accounts, you authorize Video-Publisher to publish content on your behalf. You may disconnect any platform at any time through the Service settings.

Your use of connected platforms is also subject to their respective terms of service and community guidelines. You are responsible for ensuring that content published through Video-Publisher complies with each platform's policies.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

4.1 AI-Generated Content

Video-Publisher uses AI to generate scripts, images, and video compositions. AI-generated content:

• May not be fully original and could resemble existing works
• Is provided "as is" without guarantees of accuracy or appropriateness
• Should be reviewed before publishing to ensure compliance with platform guidelines

4.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of any original content you provide to the Service (topics, custom scripts, uploaded media). You grant NERON a limited license to process this content for the purpose of providing the Service.

4.3 Stock Media

The Service may use stock footage and images from third-party providers (e.g., Pexels). Such media is subject to the respective provider's license terms.

5. AI Disclaimer

AI-generated scripts, voiceovers, and video compositions:

• May contain inaccuracies or factual errors
• Do not constitute professional advice of any kind
• May not be suitable for all audiences without review
• Should be reviewed before publishing to public platforms

NERON is not responsible for the content generated by AI models or for any consequences resulting from publishing AI-generated content to social media platforms.

6. User Responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• You are responsible for reviewing all content before it is published to your social media accounts.
• You must not use the Service to create or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, misleading, or violates third-party rights.
• You are solely responsible for content published to your connected social media accounts.

7. API Keys and Third-Party Services

The Service may require API keys from third-party providers (OpenAI, ElevenLabs, etc.) for AI processing. You are responsible for:

• Obtaining and maintaining valid API keys
• Any costs incurred from third-party API usage
• Complying with each provider's terms of service

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NERON shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

• Content published to your social media accounts
• Platform account suspensions or restrictions
• Loss of followers or engagement
• Third-party API costs or service disruptions

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by disconnecting your platform accounts and ceasing use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for violations of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
