NERON ("we", "our", or "us") operates the SubTracker mobile application ("the App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our application.

2.1 Data You Provide

• Subscription Data: Subscription names, amounts, billing cycles, renewal dates, and categories you enter into the app.
• Account Information: If you enable cloud sync, we collect an authentication identifier (email or social login) to associate your data with your account.
• Budget Settings: Monthly budget limits and notification preferences.

2.2 Automatically Collected Data

• Device Information: Device type, operating system version, and app version for crash reporting.
• Usage Analytics: Anonymous usage patterns to improve the app experience. No personal subscription data is included in analytics.

2.3 Analytics and Crash Reporting

We use Firebase Analytics (provided by Google) to collect anonymous usage data that helps us understand how our app is used and improve user experience. This includes:

• Screen views and feature interactions
• App version and device information (device model, operating system version)
• General location data (country/region level, derived from IP address)
• Session duration and frequency

We use Firebase Crashlytics (provided by Google) to automatically collect crash reports and error data when the app encounters issues. This includes:

• Crash stack traces and error messages
• Device state at time of crash (memory, storage, battery)
• App version and operating system version

This data is processed by Google under their Firebase Privacy Policy. Analytics data is anonymized and does not personally identify you. You can opt out of analytics collection through your device settings.

2.3 Cloud Sync Data

If you enable cloud sync, your subscription data is encrypted and stored on our servers to enable cross-device synchronization. Cloud sync is optional — the app works fully offline without it.

• To provide and maintain the app's functionality
• To track your subscriptions and send renewal reminders
• To calculate spending analytics and budget tracking
• To sync your data across devices (if cloud sync is enabled)
• To improve the app through anonymous analytics
• To manage subscriptions via RevenueCat

4. Data Storage

Your subscription data is stored locally on your device using a local database. If you enable cloud sync, an encrypted copy is stored on our cloud infrastructure to enable cross-device access.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal subscription data with third parties. Your financial information remains private.

SubTracker is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
