Is Pixi free to play?
Yes! Pixi is free to download and play. The free version includes access to many puzzles with ads. You can upgrade to Pro to unlock all puzzles and remove ads.
How do I restore my purchases?
Your purchases are automatically restored when you reinstall the app using the same Apple ID or Google account. If your subscription is not reflected, try restarting the app. If the issue persists, contact us with your purchase receipt.
Can I transfer my progress to a new device?
Game progress is currently stored locally on your device. Cloud sync is not available yet but is planned for a future update. We recommend keeping your device backed up.
Does Pixi work offline?
Yes! All puzzles, the free draw mode, and your game progress work without an internet connection. An internet connection is only needed for loading ads and verifying subscription status.
The app is crashing. What should I do?
Please try: 1) Update Pixi to the latest version from your app store. 2) Restart your device. 3) If the issue persists, contact us with your device model and OS version.
How do I cancel my subscription?
iOS: Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > Pixi Pro > Cancel. Android: Google Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions > Pixi Pro > Cancel.
How does the photo-to-pixel feature work?
Tap the "Create" tab, choose a photo from your camera or gallery, and Pixi will automatically convert it into a playable color-by-number puzzle. All processing happens on your device — your photos are never uploaded anywhere.
What are coins used for?
Coins are earned by completing puzzles, daily challenges, achievements, and login streaks. You can spend coins to unlock premium puzzles or use extra magic wand charges.
