Introduction
Neron ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Pixi: Color by Number mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Photos and Camera
The App accesses your device camera or photo library only when you choose to create a custom puzzle using the "Create" feature. Photos are processed entirely on your device to generate pixel art. We never upload, transmit, or store your photos on any server.
1.2 Purchase Data
If you make in-app purchases (Pro subscription), the transaction is processed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We use RevenueCat to manage subscription entitlements. RevenueCat collects an anonymous device identifier and transaction data. No personal payment information is accessible to us.
1.3 Advertising Data
The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect device identifiers, IP address, and usage data to serve personalized or contextual ads. You can opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings. Pro subscribers do not see ads.
1.4 Local Data
Game progress, achievements, XP, coins, and preferences are stored locally on your device using SQLite. This data is never transmitted to any server.
1.5 Analytics and Crash Reporting
We use Firebase Analytics (provided by Google) to collect anonymous usage data that helps us understand how our app is used and improve user experience. This includes:
- Screen views and feature interactions
- App version and device information (device model, operating system version)
- General location data (country/region level, derived from IP address)
- Session duration and frequency
We use Firebase Crashlytics (provided by Google) to automatically collect crash reports and error data when the app encounters issues. This includes:
- Crash stack traces and error messages
- Device state at time of crash (memory, storage, battery)
- App version and operating system version
This data is processed by Google under their Firebase Privacy Policy. Analytics data is anonymized and does not personally identify you. You can opt out of analytics collection through your device settings.
1.6 Data We Do NOT Collect
- Location data
- Contact information
- Browsing or search history
- Health or fitness data
