Delete your Pixi data
Pixi is published by Batuhan Ayhan (App Store) / neron (Google Play). Pixi has no sign-up. Your progress, coins and pictures are stored on your device only. The only data we hold on our servers that is linked to a user is referral data. This page lets you ask us to delete it.
What we delete
- The anonymous account Pixi created for you (an anonymous Firebase sign-in, with no name or e-mail).
- Your referral record: your referral code, who referred you, when you redeemed a code, and any referral coins waiting to be claimed.
- The record that maps your referral code to your account, including how many times it was redeemed.
What we cannot delete
- Anything stored on your device (progress, coins, pictures). Deleting the app removes it.
- Purchase records, which are held by Apple or Google and by RevenueCat. Ask them directly. Deleting referral data does not cancel a subscription; manage that in your App Store or Google Play settings.
- Analytics and crash data kept by Google Firebase under its own retention. Analytics events for sharing and redeeming a referral can contain the referral code, but they are not linked to your account by us.
Send a request
Pixi does not show your account id or referral code on any screen. Your referral code appears only in the message or link you share from the Rewards tab, so please copy it from a message you shared. It is 8 characters long. Without it we cannot match your request to a record, and we cannot look you up by name, device or e-mail.
