How do I create a character?
Open the Character Studio and choose an art style (realistic, cartoon, anime, or 3D). Upload a reference photo or describe your character, customize personality traits and appearance, then generate your character. You can refine the results and save multiple versions.
How does voice cloning work?
Voice cloning lets you create a unique voice for your character. Record a short audio sample (or upload one) and our AI will generate a voice model. You can only clone your own voice or voices you have explicit permission to use. Voice cloning is available on Starter and Creator plans.
What are the 4 art styles?
Persona AI offers four distinct art styles: Realistic (photorealistic characters), Cartoon (stylized 2D characters), Anime (Japanese animation style), and 3D (rendered 3D character models). Free users have access to 2 styles, while Starter and Creator plans unlock all 4.
How does the credit system work?
Credits are used for AI generation tasks like creating characters, generating images, cloning voices, and producing episodes. All users receive daily bonus credits. Maintaining a daily streak gives you bonus rewards. Starter and Creator plans provide additional monthly credits.
How do I manage my subscription?
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID settings: go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your iPhone. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Unused credits do not roll over.
What is LoRA training?
LoRA (Low-Rank Adaptation) training creates a custom AI model for your character, ensuring consistent and recognizable results across all generations. Once trained, your character will look the same in every image and episode. LoRA training is available on the Creator plan.
Can I use my characters commercially?
Yes, you retain ownership of the characters you create and can use AI-generated content for personal and commercial purposes. However, you are responsible for ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws, and you must not create content that impersonates real people without consent.
The app is crashing or generation is failing
Try closing and reopening the app. Make sure you have a stable internet connection, as character generation requires server communication. Check that you have sufficient credits for the generation task. If problems persist, update to the latest version from the App Store and contact us with your device model and iOS version.
