NERON ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Persona AI mobile application ("the App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use Persona AI.

By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Data You Provide

• Photos: Images you upload for character creation. These are processed by our AI services to generate character assets and are not stored permanently on our servers after processing.
• Voice Recordings: Audio recordings you provide for voice cloning. These are used to create custom voice models for your characters and are processed by our AI services.
• Character Data: Character names, descriptions, personality settings, and scripts you create within the App.

2.2 Automatically Collected Data

• Crash Data: Anonymous crash reports and error logs to help us identify and fix bugs. Collected via Firebase Crashlytics.
• Performance Data: Anonymous app performance metrics (launch times, generation times) to help us improve the App experience. Collected via Firebase Analytics.
• Purchase Information: Subscription and purchase data managed through RevenueCat to handle your credits and subscription status. We do not receive your payment details.

2.3 Data We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect your personal contacts or address book
• We do not collect precise location data
• We do not collect browsing history
• We do not sell your data to third parties
• We do not use advertising SDKs or ad tracking

3. How We Use Your Data

• Character Creation: Photos and voice recordings are sent to our AI services (powered by fal.ai) to generate character images, voice models, and episode content.
• App Improvement: Crash data and performance metrics help us fix bugs and improve the overall experience.
• Subscription Management: Purchase data is used to manage your credits, subscription status, and entitlements.

4. Third-Party Services

• Firebase (Google): Crash reporting and anonymous performance analytics. See Firebase Privacy Policy.
• RevenueCat: Manages in-app purchases and subscriptions. Receives anonymous purchase data from Apple. See RevenueCat Privacy Policy.
• fal.ai: Provides AI image generation, voice synthesis, and LoRA training services. Photos and voice recordings are sent to fal.ai for processing. See fal.ai Privacy Policy.
• Apple App Store: Handles payment processing for purchases. See Apple Privacy Policy.

5. Data Storage and Security

Character data and app settings are stored locally on your device and synced securely where necessary. Photos and voice recordings sent for AI processing are handled by our third-party AI services and are not permanently stored after processing is complete.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data during transmission and processing. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Deleting the app will remove all locally stored data from your device.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access: Request information about the data we hold about you
• Delete: Request deletion of your data by contacting us or by deleting the app
• Opt Out: You can choose not to provide photos or voice recordings, though this will limit certain features

7. Children's Privacy

Persona AI is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date.
